Thursday saw Castlemead out in the sunshine for an afternoon of teambuilding aboard The Matthew, a modern reconstruction of the boat that sailed to Newdfoundland in 1497 – An important piece of Bristol’s history and a fitting backdrop for the Directors to share Castlemead’s future plans and get the Teams input for ongoing strategy.
